What does it mean to do the Enns Gesäuse tour with us?
Adventure, chaos, and views you’ll never forget.
Enns River, Gesäuse National Park
The ragged, grey limestone mountains appear impassable, and yet the gentle, wide valley carved out by the raw power of Enns. It is the rushing and roaring of the river - a sound that can be heard for miles as the Enns plunges down the rocks - that gave this landscape its name: Gesäuse means "roaring". The Ennstal Alps rise almost vertically above the thundering cataracts. Their slopes are draped with impenetrable forests and gentle mountain pastures, broken only by occasional scree gully or avalanche track.

Dennis was a wonderful instructor, very easy going. We were able to do both raft and paddle surf. The landscapes are breathtaking. Such a fabulous experience!

We chose the Čirč–Malý Lipník route with Denny Rafting—friendly service and a smooth arrangement. The 6-hour descent through forested hills was peaceful, perfect for birdwatching and spotting beaver signs. Rapids and calm stretches added variety. Finished near Lipník with a lovely riverside restaurant. Highly recommended!

When he's not on the water, Gabriel’s hitting the slopes for his other passion—skiing.

Denis hit the rapids in 2017 on Slovakia’s Dunajec River and never looked back. He’s tackled the icy currents of the glacier Isel River in Osttirol and, in 2023, set his sights on creating Dennyrafting.
What’s his secret on the water? A chill, easygoing vibe that keeps things fun and stress-free.
Off the river? He’s all about meeting awesome people from around the world.
